1. HOW WE PROCESS DATA
1.1. Google Analytics

Website visitor statistics are collected through third-party cookies from Google Analytics. Google records your IP address to link activities in one session, making it easier to understand usage patterns. The IP address is anonymized so that we do not have the opportunity to associate the activities with a specific person. We use these statistics to provide more interesting website content and to constantly improve. We cannot track data of individuals. Read more about cookies in section 3 "Cookies".

Data deletion routine: Stored user and event data is deleted after 26 months.

2. WHO HAS ACCESS THE TO DATA?
Only webmasters at Port of Kristiansand have access to statistical and personal data. We never sell information to third parties.

Subcontractors (programmers and web designers) who are given access to the website and statistical data must comply with our privacy policy through a mutual data processing agreement. Subcontractors do not process personal data, but have access to such data to provide technical and/or design assistance.

3. COOKIES
To secure an optimal functioning website, we use cookies to analyze the general user pattern. This information is completely anonymous and is used for statistics and analysis of the website, as well as advertising purposes.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit our website. This cookie is installed by Google Analytics. The cookie is used to calculate visitor, session, campaign data and keep track of site usage for the site's analytics report. The cookies store information anonymously and assign a randomly generated number to identify unique visitors. Removed after 2 years

exp_last_activity
Visitor ID data is used to identify data from the user's recent site activities. Removed after 1 year.

exp_csrf_token
This cookie is used for the purpose of website security that is Cross-Site-Request forgery prevention. It is used to identify the trusted web traffic.. Removed after 2 hours.

exp_tracker
Visitor ID data is used to track the last five pages you visited on the site. Removed after completed session.

exp_last_visit
This cookie is used by the website Content Management System. This cookie is used to store the last visit date of the registered users. Removed after 1 year.

PHPSESSID
This cookie is native to PHP applications. The cookie is used to store and identify a users' unique session ID for the purpose of managing user session on the website. The cookie is a session cookies and is deleted when all the browser windows are closed. Removed after completed session.
