1.1. Google Analytics
Website visitor statistics are collected through third-party cookies from Google Analytics. Google records your IP address to link activities in one session, making it easier to understand usage patterns. The IP address is anonymized so that we do not have the opportunity to associate the activities with a specific person. Data deletion routine: Stored user and event data is deleted after 26 months.
2. WHO HAS ACCESS THE TO DATA?
Only webmasters at Port of Kristiansand have access to statistical and personal data. We never sell information to third parties.
Subcontractors (programmers and web designers) who are given access to the website and statistical data must comply with our privacy policy through a mutual data processing agreement. Subcontractors do not process personal data, but have access to such data to provide technical and/or design assistance.
